The 33-year-old Cuban was found unresponsive at CoreCivic's Stewart facility in Lumpkin on Tuesday night and was pronounced dead at 11.11pm, according to an ICE notice to Congress.
His death is the 18th in ICE custody this year, while the official cause remains under investigation and DHS had not commented.
It is the fourth reported suicide at Stewart, following deaths in 2017, 2018 and last summer, amid scrutiny of detention conditions.
