The WWE women's champion said the Aug. 1-2 event at Minneapolis' U.S. Bank Stadium will let her make up for missing 2025's show after a shoulder injury.
Morgan regained the Women's World Championship at WrestleMania 42 by beating Stephanie Vaquer, and said she hopes to defend it at SummerSlam, though her opponent is not yet set.
SummerSlam will be held over two nights for only the second time. Morgan returned to WWE programming at Survivor Series: WarGames in November after being sidelined since April 2025.
