The Oklahoma Senate District 38 candidate, 54, was last known to have contact on Tuesday after missing a scheduled meeting in Beckham County, with officials saying his whereabouts are unknown.
Authorities described Christian as about 6ft tall, 230lbs, with blue eyes and grey hair, and said he may be driving a charcoal gray 2024 Ram pickup.
The Beckham County Sheriff's Office urged anyone with information to contact local law enforcement or the Sayre Police Department immediately as the search continues.
