A Los Angeles judge will hear the motions on 5 June before a 15 June trial in Maria Avila’s lawsuit over a 2020 attack by Brown’s dog at his Tarzana home.
Avila’s new filing says Brown’s request is overbroad and that the 2009 assault could be raised only to rebut testimony portraying him as nonviolent or undermining her fear and credibility.
