United States condemns Global Sumud Flotilla as pro-Hamas effort

Washington said the flotilla is organised by the OFAC-sanctioned Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad, designated in January, and urged allies to deny participating vessels port access, docking, departure and refuelling.
It also called for warnings to nationals against joining the convoy and said it would consider legal and other consequences for those supporting it.
The US said the flotilla bypasses established aid channels meant to get assistance to Gazan civilians and serves political aims against President Trump's 20-Point Peace Plan.
