Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said on 12 March that Ukrainian firms and allied nations can train on millions of combat videos without taking possession of them.
Kyiv says the controlled-access arrangement should speed development of autonomous drones and other battlefield AI capabilities while preserving leverage through a dedicated Defence Ministry data centre.
