Ensign said subsidiaries of its captive real estate company, Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT, bought 15 stand-alone skilled nursing operations and two campus operations in Texas.
The Wisconsin properties were acquired through Standard Bearer Healthcare subsidiaries and will be run by experienced operators under long-term triple net leases.
