The French games workers' union said 71 employees will lose jobs as the GreedFall 2 developer shuts within weeks.
STJV alleged Nacon stripped Spiders of royalties and liquidity after buying it in 2019, cancelled Project Dark, refused fresh contracts and blocked outside publishing or investment options.
The union said judicial administrators saw no effort by Nacon to save the studio and renewed criticism that echoed 2024 staff letters and strike threats over mismanagement and transparency.
