RSF said French correspondent Hafed Mribah, Turkish cameraman Mahmut Yavuz and Zeteo journalist Alex Colston were seized when 22 of 58 vessels were stopped off Greece's Peloponnese.
Organisers said 211 people were detained and Israel planned to send them to Greece, while Al Jazeera said it lost contact with its team and held Israel responsible for their safety.
