It was Intuit's second straight daily loss, while Adobe rose 1.04%, Paychex fell 1.51% and Oracle dropped 1.49%.
The stock finished 52.26% below its 52-week high of $813.70 reached on 30 July, with trading volume of 2.4 million below its 50-day average of 3.9 million.
