The deal covers 4,022 applicants to Boeing or Boeing Financial Corp roles in Washington from January 2023 to March 2026, with potential payments of up to $5,000 each.
Claims, opt-outs and objections are due by 29 June, and a final approval hearing is set for 7 August; payments would follow about 60 days after court approval.
The suit alleged postings omitted required pay ranges and benefit descriptions under Washington law. Boeing denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle for $5.24m to $8.04m to avoid further litigation.
