General manager John Lynch said San Francisco would listen to offers, while ruling out releasing Aiyuk anytime soon after the receiver missed all of 2025.
The 49ers would absorb $29.6m in dead money in a pre-June 1 trade, compared with $8.3m after June 1, giving the team a financial incentive to wait.
Aiyuk has been in trade speculation for three straight offseasons after a 2024 trade request, and San Francisco has since reshaped its receiving group through the draft and veteran additions.
