The matchups are against UConn in Las Vegas on 25 November, Michigan at Madison Square Garden on 21 December, and Gonzaga in Detroit on 20 February.
Duke said the multi-year deal gives Prime Video exclusive access to multiple games each season, while ESPN reported it also creates name, image and likeness opportunities for players.
The agreement makes Duke Prime Video's first college sports partner and includes Duke appearing in ESPN-owned neutral-site events in 2027-28 and 2028-29, signalling streaming's growing push into college sports.
