Four California suits, including three class-action bids by Taajudin Elmarouk, say website tracking tools sent browsing data to Google, Microsoft and The Trade Desk.
The complaints seek injunctions, damages, interest and legal fees, alleging violations of California privacy law and, for Morgan Stanley and Fidelity, the Federal Wiretap Act.
Filed in the Northern District of California between December 2025 and April 2026, the cases follow a similar February lawsuit against Edward Jones over pixel trackers or web beacons.
