The network ordered a second season of the Scrubs revival, its 11th overall, and a third for Shifting Gears, while Rachel Bloom and Dan Gregor's pilot was passed over.
Disney said Scrubs' first episode reached 11 million viewers in 35 days, with Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke and Donald Faison returning after a 16-year hiatus.
The decisions leave ABC close to finalising its 2026-27 scripted slate, with RJ Decker still awaiting a verdict and The Rookie North pilot also under review.
