The six-bedroom Georgian Colonial at 2830 Pacific Ave. closed on 27 April, a year after listing, with Almost Heaven LLC buying the triple-lot property.
The house had been reduced from a 2023 listing of $35m, briefly left the market, then returned in late March and went into contract within a week.
Agents said rising buyer confidence and surging demand for San Francisco luxury homes helped the seller hold firm, with comparable high-end properties up about 20% this spring.
