Jackson County prosecutors moved on 16 April to dismiss without prejudice charges against the 39-year-old Ripley, West Virginia, library worker over an alleged TikTok threat targeting President Donald Trump.
Her lawyer said she should never have been charged, while court filings reportedly showed she was not properly advised of her rights during questioning.
Morrow had been arrested in January after investigators cited a post mentioning a "sn!per" and said she admitted making a threat; she is no longer employed by the Jackson County Public Library.
