Jim Cramer recommends Amazon and urges investors to hold Nvidia

Amazon was Cramer's only buy among four hyperscalers after earnings, while Nvidia fell more than 4% and Meta dropped about 10%; Alphabet rose 5%.
He said fears over Alphabet's TPU chips and Amazon's Trainium were overdone because all four major cloud groups still buy heavily from Nvidia ahead of its results in weeks.
Despite Thursday's flat-to-lower trading, the S&P 500 was on track for a nearly 10% April gain, the Nasdaq almost 14%, and the Dow nearly 7%.
