The 74,000-barrel-a-day West Texas plant finished the work in the first quarter of 2026, chief executive Avigal Soreq told analysts on Wednesday.
Delek said the upgrades should raise overall product yields, improve blending flexibility and enable greater crude slate optimisation at the refinery.
Soreq said no further turnarounds are scheduled in 2026 across Delek's four US refineries, alongside its pipelines, storage and renewable fuels businesses.
