At the 157,000 b/d Northern California refinery, Chief Executive Matt Lucey said the unit should make finished products by early May.
Refining head Michael Bukowski said the catalytic feed hydrotreater and alkylation units are already producing products and intermediates needed for the FCC startup, putting Martinez on track for a full restart.
The refinery has run at 85,000-105,000 b/d since the second quarter of 2025 after restart delays, while PBF also said its 166,200 b/d Torrance refinery completed a turnaround in early Q1.
