Caucasus Heritage Watch said satellite images from 3 March and 2 April show the Stepanakert church was razed within the past eight weeks.
The church, consecrated in 2019 after 12 years of construction, had sheltered civilians during Azerbaijani bombardment in the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.
The demolition follows the 2023 displacement of more than 130,000 Armenians, amid warnings that accelerating destruction of Armenian heritage in the region amounts to cultural genocide.
