Counter-terrorism police are treating Wednesday's north London double stabbing as terrorism and investigating whether the 45-year-old man in custody targeted Jewish people.
Police said he was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder, while the Guardian reported his Prevent case was closed within six weeks the same year.
