Didier Gaspard Owen Maximilien, 18, may go to Manila from 2-25 May for a graduation-required school trip and must return to court on 29 May.
He was charged on 24 April with mischief and public nuisance after allegedly licking a straw at an orange juice vending machine in a Singapore mall on 12 March.
