The post followed weeks of hints, including TikTok and Instagram exchanges with Parrish, 37, who announced her separation from husband Chris Long on 10 April.
Slater had recently defended staying friends with Farber, while he previously said he was happy about her relationship with fellow dancer Alan Bersten.
