The Oklahoma City utility will serve new Google sites in Muskogee and Stillwater, with the agreements to be filed with state regulators in coming days.
Google will fund all grid-connection costs, pay contracted charges regardless of electricity use, and cover its share of generation needed for the facilities.
It also agreed to make capacity available from two solar projects under construction, while OGE shares rose 4.2% to $49.31 in premarket trading.
