The figure, reported for late March, follows beta expansion across the US, EMEA, APAC and Latin America after about 1 million weekly conversations at the start of 2026.
Meta is offering the tools free to most small businesses on its messaging apps for now, but chief executive Mark Zuckerberg said the company expects to develop a longer-term monetisation model.
