The US Treasury said those targeted move tens of billions of dollars, helping Iran's armed forces and IRGC evade sanctions through illicit oil sales and global financial channels.
Washington said the network enables purchases of sensitive missile and weapons components and transfers funds to Iran-backed proxies, as part of its wider Economic Fury pressure campaign.
