The service combines T-Mobile’s 5G network, Starlink’s low-Earth orbit satellites, Ericsson NetCloud Manager and Cradlepoint hardware to reach businesses across the US, including remote and rural areas.
T-Mobile says dual 5G and satellite pathways provide automatic failover during outages, while its T-Platform offers centralised monitoring of performance, usage, hardware health and backup readiness.
The companies say the product reduces reliance on multiple ISPs and complex contracts, targeting firms hit by costly downtime that IDC estimates averages more than $100,000 an hour across industries.
