Brookfield Asset Management is preparing draft papers for a listing that could raise 60 billion rupees, with a filing possible as early as May.
The telecom tower operator is working with JM Financial, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup, Jefferies and Novaaone Capital on the prospectus.
It is also considering a pre-IPO fundraising round of up to 30 billion rupees ahead of what could be one of India’s larger market offerings.
