Out of the Woods Rescue took in the 1-year-old, 4-pound cat after her owner considered euthanasia, and co-founder Diane Nobles said vets found allergies, bacterial infections and two mouth masses.
Staff used medication, nail caps and a special diet to heal her skin, then carried out full-mouth extractions and mass removals after noticing unusual chewing.
Blueberry now has no teeth but her conditions are manageable, and the rescue says she is friendly, mobile and seeking an adoptive home able to provide ongoing care, patience and support.
