PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp said players would be told on Thursday after reports the Saudi PIF, valued at more than $1tn, will stop funding LIV Golf.
Rolapp said broken rules require accountability, and Brooks Koepka's 2026 return under the Returning Member Program would not set a precedent for others.
Jon Rahm, Cameron Smith and Bryson DeChambeau were eligible under that programme, but contracts and DeChambeau's antitrust lawsuit could complicate any broader return route.
