Century21 Real Estate Japan reports higher FY parent net profit

For the year ended 31 March, net profit rose to Y852m from Y802m, while revenue increased to Y4.30bn from Y4.05bn.
Operating profit edged down to Y1.06bn from Y1.07bn, but pretax profit improved to Y1.21bn from Y1.18bn and earnings per share rose to Y83.09.
The company forecast an annual dividend of Y53, up from Y50, with a midyear payout of Y25 and year-end dividend of Y28 under Japanese accounting standards.
