Oliver, 54, was arrested and booked in Mobile County after the April 20 slayings of Lisa Fields, her pregnant daughter Keziah Luker, and son Thomas Cordelle Jr. in Wilmer, Alabama.
The victims were found bound and killed by stabbing, shooting, and throat cutting; Luker's unborn child also died. Authorities say Oliver knew the family and was allegedly searching for something in their home.
