All3 raises $25 million seed funding for robotic construction platform

The round was led by RTP Global, with SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global also investing. All3 will use the funds to expand R&D in London and Belgrade and deploy robots in Germany.
Founded in 2023 by Samokat’s creators, All3’s platform integrates AI design, off-site robotic fabrication, and on-site robotic assembly for multi-storey buildings, using structural timber composites to cut costs, timelines, and carbon emissions.
All3’s AI platform has processed over 100,000 square metres of residential projects, building a pipeline across Germany for 2026–2027. The company claims a unique, fully integrated approach compared to other construction robotics competitors.
