A female passenger died Monday morning after falling from her stateroom balcony onto a lower deck while the ship sailed near Catalina Island, California.
The woman was traveling with family, who alerted crew; her family has since left the ship. The FBI and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are involved in the investigation, and the victim’s identity remains undisclosed.
