Scilex Holding will provide $120 million in cash for Datavault AI’s network, receiving 30% of related gross revenue up to $250 million.
The revenue share then drops to 15% until $1.2 billion is reached, and 5% thereafter with no cap. Datavault AI plans to deploy its infrastructure across about 100 U.S. cities.
