Pennsylvania State Police charged 32-year-old Ward after a barefoot 2-year-old she was babysitting was found cold and alone on W Main St. in Windsor Borough, York County.
Ward allegedly fell asleep while babysitting; the boy's mother had dropped him off earlier that morning. Ward posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court on May 5.
Ward was previously convicted of manslaughter in her infant son's 2016 death while intoxicated, serving two days in jail and house arrest. Children and Youth Services were notified following the latest incident.
