Garmin adds WhatsApp message reply support to multiple smartwatch models

The new integration allows users of recent Garmin watches, including the $399 Vivoactive 6, to reply to WhatsApp messages directly from their device using the Connect IQ Store app.
Users can view up to ten recent WhatsApp conversations and reply via an on-screen keyboard, predictive text, or preset smart replies, with emoji support included.
While this update narrows the gap with Apple and Android smartwatches, users cannot start new WhatsApp chats from their Garmin, and support for iMessages remains unavailable.
