Klaudia Zakrzewska, 32, died after being struck by a car outside a central London nightclub on 19 April.
Gabrielle Carrington, 29, previously charged with attempted murder, now faces a murder charge as well as grievous bodily harm, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink driving.
A 58-year-old man also suffered life-changing injuries in the incident. Carrington has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at the Old Bailey on 19 May.
