The merger gives Ondas direct prime contractor access to U.S. Army and Special Operations Command contracts, and adds U.S.-based manufacturing and federal contracting infrastructure.
Mistral brings established relationships across U.S. defense and homeland security agencies, supporting Ondas' existing programs and accelerating deployment of autonomous systems, including aerial platforms, anti-drone technologies, and ground robotics.
Ondas' pro forma backlog now totals $457 million, combining $177 million from Ondas, $264 million from Mistral, and $16 million from World View Enterprises, acquired earlier this month.
