The 2009 shooter was delisted from Steam in 2014 ahead of Wolfenstein: The New Order, which reset much of the series' lore.
QuakeCon runs Aug. 6-9 and marks its 30th anniversary, arriving weeks after Xbox cut 3,200 jobs across its portfolio, including heavy layoffs at ZeniMax studios.
