Owasso police said Sara Gilson, 43, and Jeremiah Shawn Duffey, 48, were found dead July 23 from apparent gunshot wounds in a murder-suicide after a 911 call.
Court records show Gilson had sought to extend an emergency protective order, warning Duffey had a firearm, had threatened suicide and had already been ordered to stay 100 yards away.
A separate protective order filed the same day accused Duffey, a youth basketball coach, of kissing and fondling a 15-year-old player, sending inappropriate messages and paying her to stay quiet.
