Reporting around the launch repeatedly points to the same likely internals as the Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2, including a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, microSD support, and stylus support. Even Motorola’s positioning is nearly identical: this is an entertainment tablet built around sound rather than a conventional productivity slate. That does not mean the Moto Pad 70 Groove is meaningless. For Indian buyers, it is effectively a Motorola-branded version of a distinctive Lenovo tablet, possibly with minor software, branding, accessory, charging, or market-specific changes. But based on what is known so far, there is little evidence of major new hardware or a fresh product concept. So the fairest reading is that the Moto Pad 70 Groove is a lightly modified or rebranded Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2, marketed under Motorola’s name for India.
