12 people were killed at holiday camps in the partly occupied Zaporizhzhia region and 3 more died in Ukraine’s Sumy region, officials on both sides said, marking the latest deadly exchange.
4 children were among the Zaporizhzhia dead and 19 others were wounded, while Sumy authorities said a Russian drone hit a civilian facility used by Nova Poshta drivers; Moscow said it struck a Ukrainian drone site.
Ukraine also claimed fresh long-range drone hits inside Russia, with Zelenskyy confirming strikes on the Tyumen oil refinery, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg and a fuel warehouse in Rostov-on-Don.
The attacks followed a major Russian strike near Kyiv on Friday that killed at least 10 people and wounded about 100, as Zelenskyy warned Russia could launch a large missile attack within 48 hours.
