Games Workshop Raises Warhammer+ to $74.99 a Year, Adding 2 Minis and Yearbook

Q: Will the promise of four new animated series finally justify the rising cost of a Warhammer+ membership?

Not on animation alone. That means members are being asked to pay materially more for a service that has often been judged on whether its video slate is deep enough and consistent enough to compete with mainstream streaming platforms. Four new animated series sounds significant, but Games Workshop has not yet shown enough detail on release cadence, episode counts, or production scale to prove that animation alone closes that gap. Where the value case strengthens is the broader package. Annual subscribers now get **both** exclusive miniatures instead of choosing one, plus the new **Warhammer Yearbook 2026**. Subscribers also keep access to **100-plus new hobby, gaming and lore episodes**, the **Warhammer Vault** with back issues of *White Dwarf* to 2003, expanded app features for army building, merchandise discounts and competitions. For fans who already use the apps, read the Vault, and want the collectibles, the extra animation could tip Warhammer+ into good value. For viewers mainly interested in shows, the higher price still looks harder to justify until Games Workshop proves those four series deliver regularly and at a high standard.
