Carolina confirmed Friday that outside linebacker Nic Scourton will miss the 2026 season after suffering a torn ACL in Thursday's practice and being placed on injured reserve.
Cam Gill signed the same day after winning UFL Defensive Player of the Year with Louisville; the edge rusher previously appeared in 10 games for the Panthers in 2024 and made 22 tackles.
Derrell Bailey also joined Carolina as the team reshaped depth following Scourton's injury.
