Your Work Buddy debuted as a mobile web, iOS and Android marketplace where companies can book tech freelancers in design, coding, sales, writing, engineering and marketing.
Siawe built the platform after struggling to find help on a custom reporting task at Accenture, aiming to turn tech workers’ knowledge into income and ownership.
Freelancers create profiles, upload IDs and work histories, and are matched with hiring managers; the platform also verifies identities and keeps records for disputes, payments and refunds.
A free tier allows five client “waves” and biweekly pay, while a $19.99 monthly plan adds unlimited outreach, instant withdrawals and digital product sales.
The bootstrapped startup is now seeking investment and grants, extending Siawe’s move from a nearly 20-year finance and tech career into company building.
