Indiana Fever Answer Cover-Up Claim After Ex-Player Alleges Staffer Was Fired Over Harassment

Indiana Fever said Thursday they take workplace concerns seriously and investigate thoroughly after former player Brianna Turner accused the team of silencing players about a male staffer later fired over sexual-harassment allegations.
Turner, who played for the Fever in 2025 and now is with the Las Vegas Aces, posted the claim on X after teammate Sophie Cunningham said women’s sports should be reserved for biological females.
In her posts, Turner argued trans athletes were not the real threat to the league, citing one openly trans WNBA player and contrasting that with what she described as sexism, misogyny, homophobia and racism.
The Fever declined to discuss former employees or personnel matters in detail, and the WNBA had not announced an investigation or publicly commented as of Thursday.
