Summary
Xiaomi has begun a stable Android 17 rollout for the Xiaomi 17, 17 Ultra and 17T Pro, making them the first non-Google phones to get the new OS after Pixel devices.
HyperOS 3 carries the update without a firmware-generation change; European builds are OS3.0.331.0.XPCEUXM for the 17 and OS3.0.332.0.XPAEUXM for the 17 Ultra, with downloads of about 7.5GB and 9.5GB.
The changelog lists stability improvements and the June 2026 security patch, and users so far report Android 17 appears in system info but brings no obvious interface or feature changes.
Global and European builds are already live for the 17 and 17 Ultra, but Xiaomi has not published a country-by-country list, so availability will depend on device region and phased deployment; the 17T still remains excluded.
The release extends Xiaomi's HyperOS upgrade cycle after the company started a global HyperOS 3 rollout based on Android 16 in October 2025, initially on the Xiaomi 15T series.
