More than a year after leaving “Love Island USA” as runners-up, Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe have split, according to People.
Distance and busy schedules strained the relationship, though a source said the two remain close friends and plan to keep supporting each other.
Season 7 turned the pair into fan-favorite “Nicolandria” after they recoupled following Casa Amor and continued dating off-camera once filming ended.
Public scrutiny had already become a strain: both said in December that constant demands for relationship updates were mentally draining, and Carthen said again in June that the attention made her uncomfortable.
